Novo has announced the X2, its first phone with a 6,000 mAh battery. It goes on sale next Friday at 24,999 rupees (demo price), with a 1,500-rupee exchange offer in the first week.
The phone has a 6.6-inch AMOLED screen, a 50 MP main camera and 45 W charging. Novo promises three years of Android updates and four of security patches.
Early reviews will tell whether the camera matches the price; our own verdict is in the review linked from this page.
This is a demo story: every name, place, organisation and figure in it is fictional.
